The Exo Terra Repti Glo 2.0 is a general light source with a high visual light output and a very high color rendering index Ra value but a lower UVB radiation.
The lamp is suitable for snakes, all amphibians (frogs, toads and salamanders) and nocturnal animals. Even plants do very well with this lighting. It is also advisable to use the Repti Glo 2.0 along with a UVB bulb to boost visual light output in the terrarium.
