Iceberg lettuce Grazer Krauthauptel 2 is a traditional Austrian varying quality from the region around the city of Graz. Bright green, crisp leaves with a thin red border. Shot is solid and has good mildew resistance.

Crisphead Lettuce Batavia Blonde de Paris has crunchy leaves, a type between regular and iceberg lettuce. This crisphead lettuce is easier to grow than iceberg lettuce. Crisphead Lettuce Batavia Blonde de Paris has a short growing period (6 to 8 weeks) and it is therefore important for the plants to prick out / replant at an early stage. Lettuce is especially nice if you do not fertilize too much.

If you want to eat lettuce every week, you should regularly sow. The first sowing under glass can take place in February, in the full ground from mid-March. A usual planting distance is 30x30 cm.

For all types of lettuce the amount of seed per bag is sufficient for approximately 20 m2.

Kale is one of the hardiest winter vegetables. It does best in a rich soil, flavour improves with frost.

Delicious mixture of harvesting young Asian leafy vegetables, namely: paksoi turnip mizuna and leaf mustard frills purple and golden frills. Quite spicy taste. Suitable for cultivation in the spring. Harvest young, when the plants are approximately 10 cm high. When you cut the young plants above the growing point, you can harvest them up to three times.

Sowing: April to late June. Keep between rows 15 cm. Sow 1 cm in the row and thin out later at 2-3 cm. You also get a nice close crop that is easy to cut into bundles if you mix the seeds with some sand or sugar and sow in rows. Then you do not need to thin out. Yield: about 3 to 4 weeks
