HE DIMLUX EXPERT SERIES 315W FULL SPECTRUM IS EEN COMPLETE FIXTURE, TO WHICH THE REVOLUTIONARY ALPHA OPTICS REFLECTOR IS SUPPLIED.

The Dimlux Expert Series 315W Full Spectrum is a complete fixture including the Alpha Optics reflector. This reflector is designed according to the Single Bounce Clear Sight (SBCS) principle and is equipped with Miro Silver mirrors. This ensures the highest possible efficiency (98%) of all available horticulture reflectors is achieved.
Provided with adjustable side reflectors for better overlap and to minimize wall reflection losses. Due to the open design of the reflector the lamp is passively cooled which benefits the lifespan and efficiency of the lamp. There is a 50mm socket on the reflector which can be used to significantly reduce the room temperature by actively extracting the air. There are also optional add-on reflectors available which can be placed to minimize the wall reflection loss even more. This reflector is replaceable.
The fixture comes standard with a 2 meter Interlink cable. If a longer cable is needed it must be ordered separately.

WHY UV?
UV wavelengths can change the color, flavor, and smell of a plant. These changes in color, flavor, and smell often make plants more appealing to humans, but more toxic to some insects. Plants with increased levels of these flavor/ smell compounds are less likely to get eaten by insects! Lastly, UV light prevents the spread and severity of fungal spores.
FAR-RED (NIR)
Can be used as photosynthesis booster in combination with red light. When used after sunset, accelerates the nighttime metabolism and the sleep rhythm. Far-red accelerates flower setting and possibly shortens the night and lengthens the day for more photosynthesis (higher DLI). In the growing and early blooming phase, plants can be grown taller. Conversely, plants can be kept very compact initially (far-red off) and when switching to the flowering phase.
